Cosentino's Food Stores in Missouri is seeking a Staff Pharmacist to oversee pharmacy operations and ensure safe, accurate dispensing of medications. You will supervise staff in the absence of the Pharmacist in Charge, review prescriptions for accuracy, dispense medications, counsel patients, and uphold health and safety standards while maintaining compliance with company policies.

The position requires current licensure, a PharmD or B.S.

Competenze

• Licensed pharmacist in good standing.
• B.S. in Pharmacy or PharmD.
• Valid driver's license required for deliveries.
• Completion of ongoing training per Cosentino Learning Plan.

Mansioni

• Supervise department in absence of Pharmacist in Charge, ensuring operational effectiveness and respectful leadership.
• Compound and dispense prescribed medications with accuracy.
• Review prescriptions for accuracy and determine required formulas.
• Instruct interns and staff on pharmacy matters and safety procedures.
• Provide drug information to customers, address interactions and storage.
• Maintain compliance with quality assurance, controlled substances security, and waste disposal.
