Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Staff Pharmacist to join our CVS Health Retail team in Missouri. The role supports the Pharmacy Manager, leads the pharmacy team during shifts, and ensures safe, accurate dispensing and patient counseling.

Immunizations and proactive problem solving are key parts of this position. The Staff Pharmacist will help manage inventory, maintain compliance with regulations, and deliver compassionate patient care in a fast-paced retail setting.

Qualifications

• Active Pharmacist License in the state where the Store is located.
• Active National Provider Identifier (NPI)
• Not on the DEA Excluded Parties list

Responsibilities

• Regular and predictable attendance, including nights and weekends.
• Oversee pharmacy operations and assist the Pharmacy Manager.
• Assist in dispensing, counseling, and immunization activities.
• Coach & support pharmacy team to ensure safety and accuracy.
• Manage inventory and maintain cold chain integrity.
• Ensure compliance with state Board of Pharmacy regulations.
