CVS Health in Hershey, PA is seeking a Staff Pharmacist to deliver patient-centered care, oversee pharmacy operations, and support the Pharmacy Manager. You will dispense medications, counsel patients, immunize when appropriate, and coach the pharmacy team to ensure safe, accurate and compliant medication use.

This role requires active state pharmacist license, an active NPI, and compliance with DEA regulations. Regular weekend shifts, strong communication and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• Active Pharmacist License in the state where the Store is located.
• Active National Provider Identifier (NPI).
• Not on the DEA Excluded Parties list.

Responsibilities

• Regular and predictable attendance, including weekends.
• Ability to complete required training within designated timeframe.
• Attention and Focus: concentrate on a task and pivot quickly between tasks to meet patient and business needs.
• Customer Service and Team Orientation: help people in a friendly manner and respond to patient reactions.
• Communication Skills: interact with patients and colleagues with clear verbal and written communication.
• Physical Demands: be mobile, lift and move items, and maintain visual focus for accurate dispensing.
• Any additional tasks as directed by Supervisor or Manager.
