Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Living our purpose by helping to manage and improve patient health through safe and appropriate dispensing, counseling, and immunizing practices.
• Oversight of the pharmacy as proxy for the Pharmacy Manager during shifts, coaching and following up on team performance.
• Assumes Pharmacy Manager’s day-to-day duties when serving as the primary pharmacist-on-duty.
• Support safe prescription fulfillment by following workflow procedures and safety guardrails at every workstation.
• Contribute to positive patient experiences by showing empathy and caring, resolving insurance and medication issues.
• Proactively offer immunizations and support technicians in immunizing.
• Manage inventory with focus on cold chain and best practices, under supervision.
