CVS Health is seeking a Staff Pharmacist to lead a high-performing retail pharmacy team. You will oversee dispensing, counseling, and immunizations while ensuring compliance with state regulations and company policies.

The role requires strong clinical knowledge, patient-centered care, and collaboration with the Pharmacy Manager and colleagues. Responsibilities include supervising shifts, coaching team members, and maintaining safety standards to support patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Active Pharmacist License in the state where the Store is located.
• Active National Provider Identifier (NPI).
• Not on the DEA Excluded Parties list.

Responsabilités

• Regular and predictable attendance, including nights and weekends.
• Oversee safe and accurate prescription fulfillment and patient counseling.
• Lead pharmacy staff during shifts and coordinate with the Pharmacy Manager.
• Ensure compliance with state regulations and CVS Health policies.
• Provide immunizations and support clinical services where permissible.
