Responsibilities

Living our purpose by helping to manage and improve patient health through safe dispensing, counseling, and immunizing practices.
Oversee the pharmacy as proxy for Pharmacy Manager during shifts, coaching and following up with staff.
Serve as Pharmacy Manager's day-to-day replacement when primary pharmacist-on-duty.
Ensure safe prescription fulfillment by following workflow procedures and safety guardrails.
Deliver compassionate patient care and resolve insurance or medication issues.
Proactively offer immunizations and support pharmacists to immunize.
Manage pharmacy inventory with focus on cold chain protection.
Ensure operations comply with state Board regs; escalate issues as needed.
Assist with scheduling and maintain a safe, inclusive team.
Maintain clinical and technical skills with required trainings and CMEs.
