CVS Health in Florida is seeking a Staff Pharmacist to help lead the pharmacy team and deliver high-quality patient care. You will support the Pharmacy Manager, oversee daily operations, and ensure safe dispensing and immunization practices.

This role emphasizes patient-centered care, compliance, and collaboration with the healthcare team to improve outcomes and access to care in the community.

Qualifications

• Active Pharmacist License in the state where the Store is located.
• Active National Provider Identifier (NPI).
• Not on the DEA Excluded Parties list.

Responsabilités

• Living our purpose by helping to manage and improve patient health through safe and appropriate dispensing, counseling, and immunizing practices.
• Overseeing the pharmacy as proxy during bench shifts and coaching the team.
• Ensuring compliant prescription fulfillment and accurate labeling.
• Maintaining inventory controls and protecting cold chain products.
• Delivering clinical care such as testing and prescribing services where permitted.
