Job summary

RxRoute is seeking a Staff Pharmacist for our on-site team in Tomball, Texas. This licensed pharmacist will ensure safe, accurate dispensing and supervise pharmacy technicians under the Pharmacist-in-Charge.

You will uphold regulatory standards (TSBP, USP 795/797/800) and maintain compliant documentation while supporting efficient workflow and quality assurance across pharmacy operations. This position offers flexible employment (Full-Time or Part-Time) with hourly pay between $70 and $75 and

Qualifications

• Active Pharmacist license in good standing with the Texas State Board of Pharmacy
• Eligible to practice pharmacy in the State of Texas
• Minimum of 2–5 years of pharmacist experience preferred
• Strong working knowledge of USP standards and HIPAA regulations

Responsibilities

• Review and verify prescriptions for legality, accuracy, and appropriateness
• Supervise pharmacy technicians and interns within legal scope
• Ensure adherence to SOPs and regulatory standards
• Support quality assurance and CAPA initiatives
