Job summary

Rx Route is hiring Certified Pharmacy Technicians (CPhTs) for Tomball, Texas, to join a fast-paced, on-site pharmacy operations team. We offer full-time and part-time schedules with hourly wages ranging from $20 to $25, dependent on experience and certification, under pharmacist supervision.

Responsibilities include prescription processing, compounding support, inventory management, and quality assurance, all within regulatory guidelines and SOPs.

Qualifications

• Active Texas registration in good standing.
• Current national certification (CPhT).
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Working knowledge of pharmacy terminology and HIPAA.
• Strong attention to detail and documentation.
• Ability to follow SOPs and work under supervision of a pharmacist.
• Experience in fast-paced, high-volume settings.
• Willingness to work onsite in Tomball, TX.
• Availability for full-time or part-time schedules.

Responsibilities

• Process prescriptions accurately in approved systems.
• Support production, packaging, and fulfillment workflows.
• Maintain inventory, handling lot numbers and expiration dates.
• Ensure quality, regulatory compliance, and proper documentation.
• Collaborate with pharmacists and teammates to meet schedules.
• Escalate issues to a pharmacist when needed.
