Qualifications

• Active Texas Pharmacy Technician registration in good standing.
• Current national pharmacy technician certification (CPhT).

• Working knowledge of pharmacy terminology, HIPAA, and applicable procedures.
• Ability to follow SOPs and work effectively under pharmacist supervision.
• Experience in a fast-paced, high-volume pharmacy environment.

Responsibilities

• Process prescriptions accurately and enter information in approved systems.
• Label, package, and fulfill orders according to pharmacist directions.
• Manage inventory, track lot numbers, expiration dates, and storage conditions.
• Maintain documentation and ensure patient confidentiality.
• Escalate issues to the supervising pharmacist as needed.
• Collaborate with pharmacists and fulfillment teams to meet deadlines.
