Job summary

Hims & Hers is seeking a Staff Pharmacist in New Albany, Ohio. You will provide outstanding pharmacy services, supervise technicians, and ensure compliance with federal and state regulations while maintaining patient safety and high-quality care.

This role follows a 7 on, 7 off overnight schedule and reports to the Ops Manager, Pharmacy. A PharmD license and 1–3 years of experience are required.

Qualifications

• Pharmacist degree and active license in their state.
• 1–3 years of pharmacist experience.
• Knowledge of state and federal pharmacy laws.
• Ability to work flexible shift times.
• Proficiency in English (spoken and written).
• Experience with Windows-based systems.

Responsibilities

• Maintain PHI compliance and privacy per HIPAA and state rules.
• Update patient profiles per state regulations.
• Dispense medications and ensure accurate labeling and interpretation.
• Supervise technicians and verify orders, charges, and inspections.
• Provide world-class pharmacy experience to patients.
• Conduct drug utilization reviews and patient counseling.
