Job summary

Hims & Hers Health, Inc. is recruiting a Staff Pharmacist for our New Albany, Ohio location. You will provide high-quality pharmacy services, oversee dispensing activities, and ensure patient safety in accordance with federal and state regulations.

The role requires a PharmD or equivalent degree, active license in the state, and 1–3 years of pharmacist experience. You will work nights on a 7-on, 7-off schedule and supervise pharmacy technicians while maintaining HIPAA compliance.

Qualifications

• : Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy required.
• : 1-3 years pharmacist experience required.
• : Effective knowledge of state and federal pharmacy laws and regulations.
• : Ability to work flexible shift times.
• : Proficiency in English, verbal and written.
• : Proficiency in Windows-based computer systems.

Responsibilities

• Maintain PHI privacy and HIPAA compliance.
• Dispense medications with accuracy and appropriate labeling.
• Supervise technicians and review workflow; ensure orders are correct.
• Adhere to state and federal pharmacy regulations.
• Provide pharmacy services and patient counseling as needed.
