Qualifications

• PharmD degree or BSc in Pharmacy from an accredited school.
• Active pharmacist license in good standing in Florida.
• Experience in pharmacy practice preferred.

Responsibilities

• Interpret prescription orders and obtain necessary information from prescribers or patients.
• Provide direct supervision of pharmacy staff performing related duties.
• Verify medication, labeling and order entry; ensure proper dispensing.
• Counsel patients and discuss drug interactions, side effects and storage.
• Assist with drug procurement and compliance with REMS and regulations.
