Job summary

Williams Bros Health Care Pharmacy is seeking a Staff Pharmacist at our Austin location to lead, direct, and manage daily pharmacy activities. Responsibilities include ensuring optimal customer service, verifying prescriptions, and guiding the pharmacy team to comply with all regulations.

The role supports full-time or part-time schedules with on-site operations and competitive benefits. Indiana Pharmacist license is required and Pharm.D.

Qualifications

• Must hold Indiana Pharmacist License.
• Pharm.D. degree required.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Review all medication orders for appropriate therapy and check for drug interactions.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations; maintain DEA/FDA/Board records.
• Respond promptly to patient and referral inquiries by phone or in-store.
• Resolve customer concerns and coordinate corrective actions.
• Ensure prescriptions are filled accurately by Pharmacy Technicians.
• Maintain communication with Pharmacy Manager about unusual concerns.
