Job summary

Williams Bros Health Care Pharmacy is seeking a Staff Pharmacist to lead daily pharmacy activities at our Austin location. The role includes prescription verification, ensuring regulatory compliance, and managing the pharmacy team and workflow.

The position can be full-time or part-time. We offer comprehensive benefits and require Indiana Pharmacist License. Store hours support a balanced schedule and excellent patient service.

Qualifications

• PharmD degree or higher.
• Indiana Pharmacist License required.
• Strong knowledge of drug interactions and dosing.
• Excellent communication with patients and refere ral sources.

Responsibilities

• Review medication orders for appropriate therapy, dosages and interactions.
• Ensure compliance with federal and state drug regulations.
• Respond to customer inquiries about prescriptions and supplies.
• Resolve customer concerns and coordinate corrective actions.
• Ensure accurate dispensing by Pharmacy Techs.
• Exercise professional judgment to mitigate patient risks.
• Inform Pharmacy Manager of unusual concerns or conditions.
