Job summary

• Active Pharmacist license in the state where the store is located.
• Active National Provider Identifier (NPI) required.
• Not listed on the DEA Excluded Parties list.

Responsibilities

• Assist in overseeing pharmacy operations as pharmacist-on-duty when needed.
• Dispense medications accurately and counsel patients.
• Support immunization services and patient care activities.
• Coach and direct pharmacy staff to maintain safety and quality standards.
• Ensure compliance with state Board of Pharmacy regulations and CVS policies.
