CVS Health, a leader in accessible health care, is seeking a Staff Pharmacist in Carrboro, NC. You will support the Pharmacy Manager, supervise daily operations, and drive high standards of patient care within our CVS Pharmacy team.

You will ensure safe dispensing, provide counseling, immunizations as permissible, and collaborate with the broader health care team to improve patient outcomes in a fast-paced retail setting.

Qualifications

• Active Pharmacist license in the store state.
• Active National Provider Identifier (NPI).
• Not on the DEA Excluded Parties list.

Responsibilities

• Oversee pharmacy operations as a proxy for the Pharmacy Manager during bench shifts.
• Ensure safe and accurate prescription fulfillment and counseling.
• Lead pharmacy team, coach colleagues, and monitor performance with the Pharmacy Manager.
