Responsibilities

• Dispense medications safely and counsel patients, including immunizations where permissible.
• Oversee pharmacy operations as proxy for Pharmacy Manager during shifts.
• Coach staff and monitor performance to improve patient care and outcomes.
• Ensure compliance with state Board of Pharmacy regulations and CVS policies.
• Maintain inventory control, including cold chain products.
• Assist in scheduling and coordinating pharmacy workflow.
