CVS Health is hiring a Staff Pharmacist to lead pharmacy operations at a CVS Health location in Burlington, NC. You will dispense medications, counsel patients, immunize when required, and support the Pharmacy Manager in daily duties.

Qualifications

• Active Pharmacist License in the state where the Store is located.
• Active National Provider Identifier (NPI) is required.
• Not on the DEA Excluded Parties list.

Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise pharmacy operations in coordination with the Pharmacy Manager.
• Oversee safe dispensing, counseling, and immunization practices while ensuring patient safety.
• Cover pharmacist-on-duty duties when needed and mentor pharmacy team members.
• Ensure compliance with state Board of Pharmacy regulations and CVS Health policies.
• Deliver compassionate patient care and resolve insurance or medication issues.
• Support inventory management and maintain cold chain integrity as required.
• Assist with immunizations and clinical services where permissible.
