Job summary

Qualifications

• Active Pharmacist License in the state where the store is located.
• Active National Provider Identifier (NPI).

Responsibilities

• Regular and predictable attendance, including weekends.
• Ability to complete required training within designated timeframe.
• Ability to concentrate on tasks and pivot quickly to meet patient and business needs.
• Verify prescription information and ensure label accuracy for patient safety.
• Deliver immunizations and support pharmacy team in clinical services.
• Assist with inventory management and compliance with state regulations.
• Maintain patient privacy and uphold CVS Health policies and procedures.
