Qualifications

• Active Pharmacist License in the state where the store is located.
• Active National Provider Identifier (NPI)
• Not on the DEA Excluded Parties list.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe and accurate dispensing with counseling and immunizations.
• Oversee pharmacy operations as the on-duty pharmacist surrogate when needed.
• Monitor and improve patient health outcomes through clinical services and collaboration with the healthcare team.
• Ensure compliance with state board regulations and CVS Health policies.
• Educate and coach pharmacy staff to maintain high standards of patient care.
