Qualifications

• Active Pharmacist License in the state where the Store is located.
• Active National Provider Identifier (NPI).
• Not on the DEA Excluded Parties list.

Responsibilities

• Dispense medications safely and provide counseling and immunizations.
• Lead the pharmacy team during shifts and coach staff.
• Ensure compliance with state Board regs and CVS policies.
• Support inventory management and protect cold chain products.
• Deliver compassionate patient care and resolve insurance issues.
• Maintain accurate records and pharmacy workflow procedures.
• Assist in testing and prescribing services where permissible.
