Qualifications

Active Pharmacist License in the state where the Store is located.
Active National Provider Identifier (NPI).

1-2 years of related work experience in a pharmacy, retail, medical, or customer service setting.

Responsibilities

Regular and predictable attendance, including weekends.
Complete required training within designated timeframe.
Oversee the pharmacy as proxy during shifts when needed.
Support safe and accurate prescription fulfillment following workflow procedures.
Offer and deliver immunizations and coach Pharmacy Technicians.
Ensure compliance with state Board of Pharmacy regulations and CVS policies.
