Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Staff Pharmacist to lead dispensing activities, provide patient counseling, and uphold the highest safety standards in our Connecticut store. You will support the Pharmacy Manager, supervise staff, and ensure compliant operations that deliver quality patient care.

Qualifications

• Active Pharmacist License in the state where the Store is located.
• Active National Provider Identifier (NPI).
• Not on the DEA Excluded Parties list.

Responsibilities

• Maintain safe and accurate prescription dispensing with counseling and immunizing practices.
• Oversee the pharmacy team during shifts as a proxy for the Pharmacy Manager.
• Ensure compliance with all state Board of Pharmacy regulations and CVS Health policies.
• Engage with patients to improve outcomes and coordinate with the healthcare team.
