Qualifications

• Active Pharmacist License in the state where the Store is located.
• Active National Provider Identifier (NPI).
• Not on the DEA Excluded Parties list.

Responsibilities

• Regular and predictable attendance, including weekends.
• Complete required training within designated timeframe.
• Maintain accuracy in prescription labeling and patient safety.
• Assist Pharmacy Manager and supervise bench shifts when acting as pharmacist-on-duty.
• Support immunization services and coaching of pharmacy technicians.
• Ensure compliance with state Boards and CVS Health policies.
