Responsibilities

• Provide safe and accurate dispensing, counseling, and immunizing services to patients.
• Oversee pharmacy operations as proxy for Pharmacy Manager during shifts.
• Lead and coach Pharmacy Team to improve performance and patient care.
• Ensure compliance with state Board of Pharmacy regulations and CVS policies.
• Manage prescription workflows and protect patient privacy and security.
• Offer and administer immunizations (where permissible) and support technicians.
• Maintain inventory control, including cold chain products, and ensure safety practices.
• Support scheduling and adapt to business needs while maintaining a safe, inclusive team.
• Develop clinical skills and complete required trainings and CMEs.
