Qualifications

• Active Pharmacist License in the state where the Store is located.
• Active National Provider Identifier (NPI).
• Not on the DEA Excluded Parties list.

Responsibilities

• Regular and predictable attendance, including nights and weekends.
• Oversee pharmacy operations during shifts as proxy for Pharmacy Manager.
• Assist with safe and accurate dispensing and patient counseling.
• Deliver immunizations and support pharmacy technicians in immunization administration.
• Ensure compliance with state Board of Pharmacy regulations and CVS policies.
