Qualifications

• Active Pharmacist License in the state where the Store is located.
• Active National Provider Identifier (NPI) is required.
• Not on the DEA Excluded Parties list.

Responsibilities

• Regular and predictable attendance, including nights and weekends.
• Ability to complete required training within designated timeframe.
• Attention and Focus: concentrate, pivot between tasks, ensure prescription label accuracy.
• Customer Service and Team Orientation: help people, respond to patient reactions.
• Communication Skills: verbal and written communication with patients and colleagues; active listening.
• Mathematical Reasoning: calculate dispensing quantities, days’ supply, and bottle counts.
• Issue Resolution: address patient or colleague interactions and choose best actions.
• Physical Demands: able to stand long periods, lift up to 20 lbs, reach and manipulate items.
• All tasks as directed by Supervisor or Manager.
