Job summary

CVS Health in New York is seeking a Staff Pharmacist to lead pharmacy operations, supervise the team, and deliver high-quality patient care. You will dispense medications, provide counseling, and participate in immunization services to support community health.

You will ensure regulatory compliance, manage workflow, and collaborate with the Pharmacy Manager to maintain safe, efficient pharmacy operations while delivering an excellent patient experience.

Qualifications

• Active Pharmacist License in the state where the Store is located.
• Active National Provider Identifier (NPI).
• Not on the DEA Excluded Parties list.

Responsibilities

• Deliver safe and accurate prescription dispensing and counseling.
• Supervise pharmacy team during shifts and coach staff.
• Immunize patients when permissible and participate in vaccination services.
• Ensure compliance with state Board of Pharmacy regulations and CVS policies.
• Maintain inventory control, safety guardrails, and patient care.
