Qualifications

• Active Pharmacist License in the state where the Store is located.
• Active National Provider Identifier (NPI)
• Not on the DEA Excluded Parties list

Responsibilities

• Regular and predictable attendance, including nights and weekends
• Complete required trainings within designated timeframe
• Provide patient counseling and immunizations as part of pharmacy care
• Oversee pharmacy operations in the pharmacy manager's absence
• Ensure safe and accurate prescription fulfillment and label accuracy
• Coordinate with the pharmacy team to resolve insurance and medication issues
• Manage pharmacy inventory with focus on cold chain products
