Qualifications

• Active pharmacist license in the state of the store

• Not on the DEA Excluded Parties list

Responsibilities

• Manage dispensing, counseling, and immunizing practices to support patient care.
• Oversee pharmacy operations as proxy for the Pharmacy Manager during shifts.
• Ensure safe prescription fulfillment by following workflow procedures.
• Deliver immunizations and coach staff in immunization practices.
• Maintain inventory with focus on cold chain protection for patients and business.
• Ensure compliance with state Board of Pharmacy regulations; escalate issues as needed.
• Assist in scheduling and foster a safe, inclusive team environment.
• Pursue ongoing clinical and technical skill development and trainings.
