• Ensure safe and accurate prescription fulfillment and follow pharmacy procedures.
• Provide counseling and immunizations; support immunization services where permissible.
• Lead and coach pharmacy staff to maintain patient safety, accuracy, and quality of care.
• Maintain compliance with state and federal pharmacy regulations and CVS Health policies.
