Responsibilities
- Provide daily inpatient pharmacy services.
- Review and verify medication orders for accuracy and appropriateness.
- Support medication management for ED, infusion and orthopedic services.
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses and other members of the care team.
- Provide on-call pharmacy coverage as scheduled.
- Maintain compliance with hospital policies and applicable pharmacy regulations.
- Work closely with pharmacy technicians and support staff to maintain efficient pharmacy operations.

Start Date: October 12, 2026
Schedule: 40 hours per week
Hours: Monday-Friday, coverage between 7:30 AM-6:00 PM
On-Call: Required after some weekday shifts
Weekend Coverage: Occasional Saturdays, 8:00 AM-4:30 PM
Setting: Inpatient Hospital Pharmacy
- Inpatient hospital pharmacy experience required
- Strong EPIC experience required
- Ability to work independently and effectively within a hospital pharmacy team
- Strong communication and organizational skills
