Qualifications

• Inpatient hospital pharmacy experience required.
• Strong EPIC experience required.
• Ability to work independently and effectively within a hospital pharmacy team.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily inpatient pharmacy services.
• Review and verify medication orders for accuracy and appropriateness.
• Support medication management for ED, infusion and orthopedic services.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses and other members of the care team.
• Provide on-call pharmacy coverage as scheduled.
• Maintain compliance with hospital policies and applicable pharmacy regulations.
• Work closely with pharmacy technicians and support staff to maintain efficient pharmacy operations.
