Job summary

New Solutions is seeking a Staff Pharmacist for our Home Infusion program. The role focuses on providing clinical patient care, reviewing infusion therapies, and collaborating with physicians and nurses to optimize medication management.

The incumbent will counsel patients, monitor therapies, and participate in QA, inventory, and compliance initiatives to ensure safe and effective treatment.

Qualifications

• Active Pharmacist license in good standing.
• Infusion, specialty pharmacy, or long-term care experience preferred.
• Strong clinical knowledge and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Team-oriented with ability to work independently.

Responsibilities
