Job summary

New Solutions is seeking a Staff Pharmacist for the Home Infusion team. This role focuses on clinical patient care, infusion therapy, and close collaboration with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to optimize therapies.

The position involves reviewing and dispensing infusion medications, providing clinical recommendations, coaching patients and caregivers, and contributing to quality assurance and operational initiatives within a collaborative setting.

Qualifications

• Active Pharmacist license is required.
• Infusion, specialty pharmacy, or long-term care experience preferred.
• Strong clinical knowledge and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Team-oriented with ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Review, verify, and dispense infusion medications accurately and efficiently.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and clinical teams regarding infusion therapies and medication management.
• Monitor patient therapies and provide clinical recommendations when appropriate.
• Counsel patients and caregivers on medication administration and side effects.
• Participate in quality assurance, compliance, inventory management, and operational initiatives.
