New Solutions in Texarkana, TX is seeking a Staff Pharmacist for our Home Infusion team. This role focuses on clinical patient care, infusion therapy, and collaboration with physicians, nurses, and healthcare teams.

You will review and dispense infusion medications, counsel patients, monitor therapies, and participate in quality assurance and operations. A valid Pharmacist license and infusion experience are preferred; strong communication and organization are essential.

Qualifications

• Active Pharmacist license required.
• Infusion, specialty pharmacy, or long-term care experience preferred.
• Strong clinical knowledge and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Team-oriented with ability to work independently.

Responsibilities
