Amazon Inc. is seeking a Staff Pharmacist in San Diego, CA to verify prescriptions, conduct virtual consultations, and oversee end-to-end fulfillment.

This role requires strict regulatory compliance and accuracy across CPT-related tasks in a fast-paced environment. The position includes shifts Tuesday to Saturday, 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM, with a focus on patient safety, medication quality, and efficient workflow alongside pharmacy technicians.

Formación

• Active, unrestricted pharmacist license in your state of employment (additional licenses may be required).
• Understanding of pharmacy laws and federal/state regulations concerning patient care.
• Proficiency with basic computer functions and pharmacy systems.

Responsabilidades

• Perform clinical data review and prescription verification per regulations.
• Fulfill prescriptions using automated systems and manual fill.
• Package and prepare prescriptions for shipment, including refrigerated items.
• Maintain quality and safety standards while meeting CPT and production targets.
• Collaborate with technicians and pharmacists to maintain workflow.
• Complete daily operational tasks such as returns and misfills.
