Job summary

Neighborhood LTC Pharmacy in Columbia, MO is seeking a Part-time Staff Pharmacist to join a 100% ESOP-owned team. You will work with IDD and behavioral health patients, providing clinical consultations, MTM, and medication reviews in a collaborative setting.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree required.
• Active MO Pharmacist License or ability to obtain before start date.
• Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong communication skills with nurses, DSPs, and prescribers.
• Team player who thrives in collaborative environments.
• Compassion and patience when working with vulnerable populations.

Responsibilities

• Verify multidose medication cards with MARs using AI-assisted tools.
• Conduct clinical consultations with prescribers, nurses, and DSPs.
• Perform medication therapy management and drug interaction reviews.
• Administer injections and update MARs in real time.
• Participate in medication review committees and care planning.
