Qualifications

• Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree required.
• Active NE Pharmacist License or ability to obtain before start date.

Responsibilities

• Verify multi‑dose medication cards with full‑color MARs using AI‑assisted technology.
• Conduct clinical consultations with prescribers, nurses, and direct support professionals.
• Perform medication therapy management and drug interaction reviews.
• Administer long‑acting injectable injections.
• Provide real‑time MAR updates for caregivers.
• Participate in medication review committees.
