CVS Health is seeking a Staff Pharmacist to join our retail pharmacy team in Missouri. You will lead patient counseling, ensure safe dispensing, immunize patients, and uphold regulatory compliance with the CVS standard of care.

Qualified candidates will hold an active Pharmacist license in the state, an active NPI, and be able to manage workflow, supervise staff, and resolve pharmacy concerns while delivering compassionate service. This full-time role includes comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Active Pharmacist license in the state where the store is located.
• Active National Provider Identifier (NPI) is required.
• Not on the DEA Excluded Parties list.

Responsibilities

• Dispense medications accurately and counsel patients on use and safety.
• Provide immunizations and vaccination services per policy.
• Lead the pharmacy team during shifts and coach staff as needed.
• Ensure compliance with state and CVS policies and protect patient privacy.
• Maintain inventory and manage workflow to meet patient needs.
