Are you a passionate Pharmacist looking for a dynamic and rewarding role in healthcare? North Central Surgical Center is seeking a Staff Pharmacist to ensure the safe and effective use of medications, providing medication order verification, drug therapy monitoring, and patient care. Responsibilities:

1. Verify medication orders
2. Monitor drug therapies
3. Compound and dispense medications
4. Act as a patient advocate
5. Supervise pharmacy technicians
6. Participate in medical emergency response
7. Ensure prompt work-site attendance

Schedule: 6a - 2:30p

Required Skills:

• Active pharmacist license in good standing with the Texas State Board of Pharmacy
• BS or PharmD from an ACPE-accredited School of Pharmacy
• Minimum of TWO years of hospital experience is required (waived with PGY1 & PGY2 pharmacy residency)
• Completion of a PGY1 pharmacy residency preferred
• Willingness to work weekend on-call shifts as needed
