Fulfillment Staff Pharmacist

Location:Philadelphia, PA

Schedule: 8:00 AM 4:30 PM

We are seeking a reliable and motivated Fulfillment Staff Pharmacist to join our pharmacy operations team in Philadelphia, PA. This role is ideal for a pharmacist who thrives in a fast-paced fulfillment environment and is committed to ensuring accuracy, compliance, and patient-centered care.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee fulfillment staff and workflow during assigned shift
• Participate in the shipping and handling of prescription orders as needed
• Ensure prescriptions are processed accurately and in line with prescriber and patient expectations
• Verify proper preparation, documentation, and dispensing of medications in compliance with all regulations
• Review patient medication histories and develop individualized care plans
• Monitor and assess drug therapies, providing patient education and counseling on prescriptions, OTC products, and supplements
• Evaluate and resolve drug interactions, duplications, and dosing concerns
  
  

Qualifications:

• Active Pennsylvania Pharmacist license (required)
• Recent retail pharmacy experience preferred
• Newer graduates are welcome to apply
• Experience with non-sterile or sterile compounding is a plus
• Strong attention to detail, communication, and leadership skills
