CVS Health is seeking a Staff Pharmacist to join our team in our retail pharmacy network. You will partner with the Pharmacy Manager to lead a patient‑centered experience, ensure safe dispensing and clinical services, and support immunization programs in a fast‑paced store environment.

You will coach and guide the pharmacy team, uphold regulatory standards, and maintain high-quality patient interactions while helping to optimize daily operations and patient access to care.

Qualifications

• Active Pharmacist License in the state where the Store is located
• Active National Provider Identifier (NPI)
• Not on the DEA Excluded Parties list

Responsibilities

• Regular and predictable attendance, including nights and weekends
• Ability to complete required training within designated timeframe
• Ensure prescription information accuracy and label accuracy to support patient safety
• Oversee pharmacy operations when acting as proxy for Pharmacy Manager
• Support immunizations and patient care delivery
• Assist in managing pharmacy inventory and compliance with safety procedures
