Job summary

Oxford Solutions in Robinson Township, PA is hiring Staff Pharmacists for direct hire in a growing closed‑door pharmacy. You'll gain hands‑on experience with prescription processing, pharmacy operations, and technician oversight. This full‑time onsite role requires graduation from an accredited College of Pharmacy and an active PA Pharmacist License.

New graduates are encouraged to apply; 0–3 years’ experience is acceptable. Schedule includes weekdays with rotating evenings and Saturdays.

Qualifications

• Active Pennsylvania Pharmacist License in good standing

• Experience in closed-door/mail-order/pharmacy fulfillment is a plus

Responsibilities

• Support daily prescription processing and pharmacy workflow
• Provide oversight and guidance to pharmacy technicians
• Review pharmacy data entry and technician work for accuracy
• Assist with receiving, processing, and transferring prescriptions
• Help ensure transfers are completed accurately and efficiently
• Maintain patient confidentiality and PHI handling
• Work with leadership to support efficient daily operations
• Follow procedures, quality standards, and regulatory requirements
