Job summary

Oxford Solutions is hiring multiple Staff Pharmacists for direct hire opportunities with a growing closed-door pharmacy operation in Robinson Township, PA.

Recent graduates are strongly encouraged to apply. No prior pharmacist experience is required, and you will gain hands‑on experience with prescription processing, pharmacy operations, and technician oversight.

Schedule is full-time, salaried, with Monday–Friday shifts and rotating Saturdays; onsite in Robinson Township, PA.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited College of Pharmacy.
• Active Pennsylvania Pharmacist License in good standing is required.
• 0-3 years of experience
• Recent graduates and newly licensed pharmacists are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Support daily prescription processing and pharmacy workflow.
• Provide oversight and guidance to pharmacy technicians.
• Review pharmacy data entry and technician work for accuracy.
• Assist with receiving, processing, and transferring prescriptions.
• Help ensure prescription transfers are completed accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and proper handling of protected health information.
• Work closely with pharmacy leadership and team members to support efficient daily operations.
• Follow pharmacy procedures, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
