Job summary

Oxford Solutions is hiring Pharmacy Technicians for direct hire opportunities supporting closed-door, technology-driven pharmacy operations at multiple locations.

Locations include Pittsburgh, PA; Boise, ID; and Chesterfield, MO. Full-time schedules vary by site and may include weekday shifts, occasional later hours, and rotating Saturdays depending on location.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• PTCB or NHA certification required prior to joining.
• Active Missouri, Idaho, or PA Pharmacy Technician license or willingness to obtain.
• Previous pharmacy experience preferred; closed-door, mail-order, specialty or fulfillment experience is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Comfortable with pharmacy systems and learning new technology.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a high-volume environment.

Responsibilities

• Support pharmacists with prescription intake, processing, fulfillment, and related workflow.
• Enter and review prescription and patient information for accuracy.
• Assist with prescription transfers, order updates, and issue resolution.
• Communicate with patients, providers, and pharmacy partners as needed.
• Maintain accurate documentation and protect confidential patient information.
• Follow pharmacy procedures and applicable state and federal regulations.
• Work closely with pharmacists and other team members to keep orders moving efficiently.
