Job summary

Oxford Solutions in Robinson Township, PA is hiring Staff Pharmacists for direct hire in a growing closed‑door pharmacy. You'll gain hands‑on experience with prescription processing, pharmacy operations, and technician oversight. This full‑time onsite role requires graduation from an accredited College of Pharmacy and an active PA Pharmacist License.

New graduates are encouraged to apply; 0–3 years’ experience is acceptable. Schedule includes weekdays with rotating evenings and Saturdays.

Oxford Solutions is hiring multiple Staff Pharmacists for direct hire opportunities with a growing closed-door pharmacy operation in Robinson Township, PA.

Schedule:

• Full-time, salaried


• Monday-Friday with rotating shifts between 7:30 AM and 9:00 PM


• Rotating Saturdays, 8:30 AM-5:00 PM


• Onsite in Robinson Township, PA

Responsibilities:

• Support daily prescription processing and pharmacy workflow


• Provide oversight and guidance to pharmacy technicians


• Review pharmacy data entry and technician work for accuracy


• Assist with receiving, processing, and transferring prescriptions


• Help ensure prescription transfers are completed accurately and efficiently


• Maintain patient confidentiality and proper handling of protected health information


• Work closely with pharmacy leadership and team members to support efficient daily operations


• Follow pharmacy procedures, quality standards, and regulatory requirements
