Qualifications

• Active Pharmacist License in the state where the Store is located.
• Active National Provider Identifier (NPI).
• Not on the DEA Excluded Parties list.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee the pharmacy operations and team as acting pharmacist-on-duty when needed.
• Ensure safe, accurate dispensing and counseling; follow workflow procedures and safety guardrails.
• Provide immunizations and clinical services in line with state regulations and CVS policies.
• Coach and develop pharmacy staff; communicate performance feedback to the Pharmacy Manager.
• Maintain patient safety, privacy, and compliance with federal/state laws and CVS policies.
• Support inventory control, cold chain effectiveness, and regulatory adherence.
