- Active National Provider Identifier (NPI).
- Not on the DEA Excluded Parties list.
Responsibilities
- Dispense medications safely and educate patients.
- Oversee pharmacy operations when acting as proxy for Pharmacy Manager.
- Administer immunizations and support vaccination programs.
